Out and about...!
The programme includes two full-day Saturday trips and a weekly half-day excursion, which may be local (not involving transport) or to a place not too far away, by coach or train/bus.
Winchester is very well-located for visits to lots of brilliant places!
It's on a direct train line to London, with regular trains. We organise a London visit every other Saturday because we know students love to visit the sights and go shopping, as well as visit galleries, or just "chill out" watching the street performers in Covent Garden.
On the alternate Saturday, we will take you to local places we know and love. Less touristy places - what we call "Secret England". We can't put any examples here, because then it wouldn't be a secret! Sssh....!
Your half-day excursion will be to famous local places such as the New Forest, a National Park with wild ponies wandering in thousands of square kilometres of open land and forest - captivating!
