For all other requirements, please email us at info@english-naturally.com and we will send you a price. You can choose your arrival and departure dates. You don't have to arrive and leave at a weekend, and you don't need to take full weeks - a 10-day stay, for example, is fine. We are flexible!
To give you an idea of our prices, here are the prices (in GBP) for one week for our most popular combinations, to include 5 days weekday lessons and 6 nights host family or London aparthotel accommodation. For other combinations, please ask.
Prices are given in GBP. We can also give prices in Euros - please ask!
To study on a 2:1 basis, you must come with your fellow-student, and have a similar level.
Lessons can take place on Saturday and Sunday, if required, at extra cost.
Discounts may be given, on an "ad hoc" basis for long stays and for students coming in July who are happy to have their lessons in the afternoon. Please ask!

(Please note, there is a £40 fee for meeting and seeing off "unaccompanied minors" and a £20 fee for students under 18 who have not booked the unaccompanied minor service but will be taken to check-in/departures by our driver).
There may be an additional charge for extra passengers.
Payment conditions:
After we have confirmed your booking and you have told us you are happy with what is being offered, we request full payment to arrive in our account one month before arrival. We will send you a pro-forma invoice indicating by which date we should receive payment. This contains our bank details. You can also pay by credit card (2.5% surcharge) or PAYPAL.
Terms and conditions of enrolment
Courses/enrolments/payments
· Fees must be received no later than 20 working days before the course starts. We must received the full amount invoiced. Please ensure you pay all and any bank charges levied. If there is any difference between the invoice amount and the amount received, we will ask you to pay this during your courses, usually by credit card. All payments by credit card are subject to a 2.5% surcharge.
· If you cancel your course before it starts, the following conditions will apply:
a) more than 20 working days notice (working days are Monday to Friday only), any fees received will be refunded, minus an administration charge of £100.
b) between 10 and 20 working days notice, we will refund 50% of fees paid (but note that in the case of London aparthotel bookings (only), there will be no refund of the accommodation element of the fee unless another tenant can be found for the accommodation, so you will receive 50% of the tuition element + 0%-50% of the accommodation element, depending on the circumstances.)
c) less than 10 working days notice, there will be no refund.
· If you curtail your course once it has started, there will be no refund, but some credit may be granted, at our absolute discretion.
· If you have a complaint about the service, this should be put in writing to us by post, fax or e-mail no later than 10 days after the commencement of the programme.
· Lessons are normally held between 0800 and 1800 and lesson times will be set by English Naturally. At the request of the client, hours may be altered, provided that this is logistically possible.
· English Naturally reserves the right to cancel or vary courses. In such cases, English Naturally’s liability will be limited to refunds of fees paid for accommodation and tuition.
· You MUST disclose to us any physical or mental condition which could make it difficult for us to deliver a normal service to you. Failure to do this could result in our terminating your course without any right to a refund. Failure to do this could result in our terminating your course without any right to a refund.
Staying with a host family
· Any loss or damage to the client’s property will not be the responsibility of English Naturally or the family. The client should take out appropriate insurance to guard against such eventualities.
· Any damage caused to the family’s property by the client will be the client’s responsibility.
Staying in an aparthotel
· Aparthotel pricing is subject to change due to availability.
Insurance
· You are strongly advised to use our insurance cover, or arrange your own insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment, personal possessions and medical needs.
Juniors
· Juniors will be given "full" (11-14) or "close" (15-17) supervision by their hosts, who take responsibility for them during their stay. However, neither we nor hosts can be held liable for irresponsible behaviour by youngsters.
Taxi transfers
· We cannot be held responsible if, for reasons beyond control, we fail to deliver you to the airport on time for your return flight |
